Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the TruLoveIs mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and TruLoveIs, Inc. ("TruLoveIs," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into binding contracts, not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law, and not a convicted sex offender.

We reserve the right to request proof of age and may terminate accounts if we determine a user does not meet eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, maintain the security of your password, accept responsibility for all activity under your account, and notify us immediately of unauthorized access. You may not create more than one account, use another person's account, or transfer your account.

4. The Service

TruLoveIs is a dating and social connection platform that enables users to create profiles, discover other users, communicate through messaging, and build genuine relationships. The Service includes features such as profile creation and customization, discovery and matching, messaging and communication, content sharing (posts, stories, prompts), virtual currency and premium features (Hearts, LoveLocks, Boosts), photo verification, and subscription plans.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to: harass, bully, stalk, intimidate, or threaten any user; post content that is hateful, discriminatory, violent, sexually explicit, or illegal; impersonate any person or entity; use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization; collect user data without consent; use automated systems or bots; circumvent security features; violate intellectual property rights; engage in fraud or illegal activities.

6. Content

You retain ownership of content you create and share on the Service. By posting content, you grant TruLoveIs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works of your content in connection with operating and providing the Service. You represent that you have the right to share your content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion.

7. Premium Features and Payments

Subscriptions: Premium subscription plans provide enhanced features. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices may change with notice.

In-App Purchases: Virtual items (Hearts, LoveLocks, Boosts) are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no real-world monetary value. They may only be used within the Service.

Refunds: Refunds are handled in accordance with the applicable app store's refund policy (Apple App Store, Google Play Store). For PayPal purchases, refund requests may be submitted to our support team.

8. Safety

While we strive to create a safe environment, TruLoveIs does not conduct criminal background checks on users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We strongly recommend meeting in public places, telling someone you trust about your plans, and reporting any suspicious or inappropriate behavior.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share your personal information. By using the Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TruLoveIs, Inc. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Service settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TRULOVEIS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any matches or connections will result in any particular outcome.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRULOVEIS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property matters. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or class action. The arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the Service or by email. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
